This is great. It reminds me a bit of the music from Super Meat Boy, which has some of my favourite game music ever. :D Great work.

thank you so much McGorilla!
I appreciate it, especially after listening to your tracks!
I really like this one a lot! :)
All I can picture when hearing this is blocky N64 graphics, struggling trying to perform a specific jump sequence for the 900th time in a row because your brain isn't used to 3D graphics yet. Love it!
P.S. I noticed your loop point is also a bit weird. Am I just crazy or does NG do something funny with the audio that causes a slight delay between the beginning and end? Or are we both kinda bad at making perfect loops? The struggle :( :(
Oh man, I'm going to have this stuck in my head for the rest of the day lol. Very happy and uplifting :) The piano is a nice touch. It's always great to have "real" instruments in electronic music.
Thanks! (I totally agree).
Good, man! Your song has a solid structure with the intro/verse/pre-chorus/chorus very clearly defined, with good dynamics and weird-ass bridge that appears after 10 seconds of silence haha (maybe cut that out, but it could work as a brand new song - it's not inherently bad, it's just a bit outta place). You have a melody, a good chord progression, a nice little beat.
I don't want you to get a big head, but I'm genuinely impressed that you're only 14 and making music on this level (sorry to keep bringing up your age). Stay humble and keep learning! You're on the right path.
Thank you dude! that is amazing!
Hmm...I'd recommend checking out some music theory and learning a bit about scales and keys. This feels a bit all over the place and every part is playing in a different key simultaneously.
Yeah, I think the lack of consistency in structure was a big shortcoming.
Despite what the other guy said, I just noticed that you're only 14 and you're making this kind of thing already. KEEP IT UP! I don't know what this is a remix of, but you're doing really well for your age. This is very simple and repetitive, but everything is in key, it has energy and a melody, nothing in the mix is weirdly loud or muffled, which is A LOT more than what I can say for many people on here.
You're doing well. Keep learning and keep going, man :)
Ok! Thanks!!!!!
Wonderful. I'm sure you'll be able to find a use for this elsewhere. Agree with 1f1n1ty that this feels a little more space-y than rainforest-y, but it's a great track overall. I love the small touches (like the tinkle on top at 2:00) and they really add to making this piece being quite special.
P.S. I love Massive, too.
Thanks for all your comments Stratocaster. It's really fun to get to know what people actually thinks of your music. It gives me a lot of motivation to fight on as well! So, thank you :)
And yeah, I understand the naming can create some confusion. The reason for the naming is that the musical clusters were based upon rainforest sounds and bird singing.
Also, massive is great! But, if you liked Massive, you should really check out Serum as well. That's also a great freakin' synth :)
This is some 5/5 battle music. I could totally hear this in one of the original Pokemon games!
Haha, that's a fun response to it! An idea was to have this as a boss theme for the game it was made for. But, we didn't really have time to add a boss, so it ended up being used for the most hectic part in the game.
If you like reaction based retro-games you should check the game out. It's free to download, link in the description ;)
Your stuff is killer! :D
Thanks man! :D Happy to hear that :)
I make music. Some is electronic and some has guitars and pianos in it. I'm mainly focusing on game music at the moment.
Hope you enjoy what you find here!
